Solo stay

I hardly ever leave a 5 * review for a property that does not boast 5* accomodation. But this hotel and staff exceeded expectations. I was upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was great. Early check in and later check out appreciated. Bed very comfy. Shower good water pressure and lots of hot water. Towels generous and fluffy. Nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. Plunger coffee! Location excellent for sky bus to and from airport as well as cbd and viaduct. Staff just lovely and accommodating.

I really like staying at this hotel, its very clean and in a great location but every stay the air conditioning does not seem to work and is very cold - so I just pack accordingly with extra layers each time now.
