The window type aircon is already old because it emits loud noise and not providing cool temperature anymore. It needs to be replaced with a brand new one.

I booked this hotel because this is in front of USPF school, the venue of the convention of my students. The location of the hotel is strategic because it is accessible to IT park, Lavie Parisienne, and 30 minutes away from the airport. What I dislike is lacking of toiletries like free toothbrush kit, you will buy this in the hotel for 50 pesos. We occupied the family room with 4 occupants for 4 nights and there is no free bottle water. The worst, there is no pitcher and you will go down at the lobby to fill in your used bottles from their water dispenser. This is a hotel, not a hostel, even just a water dispenser per floor is enough in order not to go down at the lobby. Our glasses were not even replaced and we are using it for 4 nights 😣Hence, this will count to cleanliness that is why I will give 2 stars.
