2nd time booking here. the first one was far better. i am with my child last time and no issue with the room. this time tho, i though rooms were smoke free but as a person with asthma and allergic rhinitis, the room was reaking with cigarette smell. told the reception about it but they just sprayed the room with scent (which also not good with asthmatic people) so we requested to just change room. the next room was the same floor as we got on our first booking. lesser smell of cigarette but there are still lingering smell of it. we were so tired from the event and have lots of stuff with us so we just get that room. I just hope that there are REAL rooms that are SMOKE FREE. Not everyone’s a smoker. also Cigarette smell sticks on the walls and even the bed. 3rd hand smoking is also a thing. i really love staying to this place because of its accessability and service. i just hate the cigarette smell so bad :(
