Enjoyed our stay in this cute, quiet room, set back in the trees. The courtyard was a beautiful natural retreat. The only drawback to me was walking over to The Canoe to use the hot tubs, as it was a cold, rainy weekend. The fact that they have change rooms there is nice but the block's walk in pouring rain still stopped us

Everything was very good except for the tiny shower. Big people might have difficulty taking a shower in the small enclosure.

For reasonably priced, clean accommodation was excellent. While out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Banff, your room stay includes a free bus pass to explore Banff and beyond. We had dinner in the restaurant at the Canoe Hotel across the street. Was much more fairly priced that restaurants downtown, and the food and ambience was excellent.

They were able to accommodate me on the first floor of the motel when I contacted the motel to let them know I am disabled and cannot walk up or down stairs
