This is our 2nd time staying at Allure. This time, the elevator in the basement isn’t working. You can hear people shouting/talking in a very loud voice outside our room. Still had a great stay with very accommodating staff especially to their doorman. This hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service.
