I had a really pleasant stay at Coon Boutique Hotel. Every staff member I met was polite and welcoming, which made checking in and asking for help easy. The room felt warm and inviting, and it was very clean from the moment I arrived. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-kept place with friendly service, I'd happily recommend it.

As usual we enjoyed out weekend stay, staffs were very accommodating shout out to DJ who assisted us from the check in until our check out. We will definitely comeback!

We recently stayed at Cocoon Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every single way! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the amazing scent that fills the reception and hallways—it immediately set the tone for a relaxing, homy getaway. Here are the highlights of our wonderful stay: The level of hospitality here is top-notch! From the front desk reception to the room service and maintenance team, everyone was always smiling, super warm, and eager to help with any request or question. Their genuine care made us feel so welcomed. Our room was wonderfully spacious, spotless, and equipped with strong, cold air conditioning. A major bonus for us was the huge bathroom complete with a bathtub and their in-house bubble bath gel—our kids absolutely loved it! Service was fast, reliable, and attentive. The kids had a total blast in the pool! It’s clean, well-maintained, and best of all—heated, making it super comfortable for them to swim in.

hotel is old so molds and stain can be seen. but the sheets and the pillows and towels are clean. always a great escape from the usual. love the staff!

the staff were all very nice and friendly and this is why we will come back. they made our family milestone very special and we very much appreciated it. pool size was sufficient. it’s just that room amenities weren’t complete but it can be asked from housekeeping. the elevator was very slow but it’s understandable since it’s an old hotel. room was very spacious and all rooms have bath tubs which we love. breakfast was played and buffet options was very limited.

The staff are kind and try to be attentive and efficient. The place is quite nice. And the vibe is restful as it is mostly quiet.

the room is big including the bathroom. staff service is excellent although checking out was a bit slow. the only complaint is the slow internet. we stayed on the 4th floor and when i checked the speed, my home internet was even faster. signal was unstable- it keeps on buffering. for a service establishment, i think they need to upgrade.

This is a quiet and cool hotel that is in a good location. It does not have the expected 5-star stuff but its location allows easy walks to food establishments and other points in the city.

had a great time at Cocoon. i was really looking for a place to relax and chill and this place didn’t fail me. there’s a bath tub to relax, a clean and cozy room with a working station. all staff were polite and friendly. overall, it was a great experience.

super worth it. beyond expectation. service is very good.staffs are very friendly.
