Fantastic
Really enjoyed the property and it is very close to The Manhattan Cruise Terminal! I paid $540 for the night which in New York prices, is just a little more than average. For that price, there should've been some coffee and ice water set up in the lobby, which wasn't the case. I had to go into the restaurant to purchase coffee.

The rooms were great. Very clean and the staff did a great job maintaining. The ONLY complaint I had was we were saving empty water bottles so we could refill them when we went for walks, and the cleaning staff threw them out. I completely understand why, but I think they should just be "refreshing/refilling" things in the room, not rearranging our items. We found at one point they put the travel cap on one of our toothbrushes. Again, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT! We loved the view, the hotel was very quiet, the front desk and concierge were very friendly. We'd stay here again!

Lovely lobby area and fantastic rooftop bar. Simple free continental breakfast. The Hudson suite we stopped in had a great view and was really good size, let down by tired and marked furniture and window blinds were difficult to use. Also disappointed by the resort fee of around £30 a night for facilities we were never going to use. Just include it in the total price, its never a nice thing to have to pay more money on check in after a long journey. The hotel is in a decent area but quite a long walk from the nearest subway, ubers are easy though and arrived within a few minutes. If we stop in NYC again, we will probably try elsewhere.

I like it’s is clean, rooms are comfortable. I didn’t like the noise from a nightclub across the street, listening to the music and people arguing until 2-3am. Phone was not working, AC was not working. Either freezing or we had to turn off and then it was too hot.

A comfortable and low-key hotel nestled in Hells kitchen with a short distance to some great local dining options, major landmarks, sites (Rockefeller, MOMA, Vessel, The High Line) and just the right distance away from the hectic hustle. Rooms are incredibly spacious, which is a rarity in the city, very comfortable and quiet. All the front desk management and staff were an absolute pleasure and made me feel like I was visiting home away from home.
