Great Staff were great, the bed was very comfy , room warm and clean - key in the door that’s old school! The hotel overall is a bit tired.

The whole place has quite a dated feel. The room looks basic and the window looks out onto the roof of other parts of the hotel which is unpleasant. The TV does not support YouTube and Netflix type of streaming service. The blanket was thick, but there is no air con so it's hard to sleep even with the window opened. There is also a mini bar with a pricing list, but the items provided was incomplete and I've got charged for a cookie I didn't consume and was never there. However.after a complaint it was refunded.
