Stayed with kids

Great hotel featuring great amenities. Restaurant with great food and staff at the hotel very friendly. Bar staff lady from Ecuador and gentleman from Dominican Republic were so very kind and friendly and offered excellent customer service. We are going back again a second night returning to Rome on our way home.

The hotel was conveniently located, only about 15 minutes from Rome Airport, which made it a practical choice for an overnight stay before an early flight. While the staff was pleasant and check-in was easy, the property itself felt quite dated and could benefit from some renovations. The beds were old and not particularly comfortable, and our bathroom was in need of repair, with a broken toilet seat and other signs of wear. Overall, the location is the hotel’s strongest feature, but travelers looking for more modern accommodations and updated facilities may want to consider other options.

We found dried blood on sheets and towels, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, there was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor got wet when we showered and slippery.

Room smelled like mold. 12 off us went for supper. Not offered any drinks. Meals for three came over a hour after the rest of us were done eating. Waiter put one plate at the wrong person then came back took it the the right person and said the wrong person only took one bite from it. Beef cheeks were still frozen inside. Go somewhere else for supper
