Do not book here. The pictures are a lie. We didn’t even have a bed, it was a dirty pull out couch. The first thing we did was check under the sheets for bed bugs, and sure enough, there they were. The property refused to refund us saying “they weren’t bed bugs” but just other bugs that we probably brought into the room. Now they will not respond to us and I have to call my credit card company to get a refund. Do NOT book here.

Room was big, shower itself a little small, but overall, it was accommodating. A little further from the center city of Rome, but easy access to metro station, busses and taxis. 4 out of 5 stars, would recommend.

This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is practically uninhabitable. There is a very strong moldy and damp smell throughout the property, which could seriously affect guests’ health. The cleanliness is unacceptable, the facilities are in very poor condition, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Smooth, helpful, friendly check-in with Alessia. Room was spacious and bed and pillows were comfortable. (Sofa bed was what you'd expect.) Great location with Manzoni Metro station literally right outside the front door. Make note that there is a staircase that you climb to get to the elevator if you have luggage. (I do think the elevator was out of order when we left, which I'm sure could cause an issue for others.) Room was fairly clean except for a large coffee stain on the mini-fridge.

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Everything was extremely dirty, including the common areas and the rooms. In addition, the air conditioning units barely cool the rooms, making the stay very uncomfortable. In its current condition, the property is almost uninhabitable. We hope the management improves cleanliness and maintenance for future guests.”

This one bedroom property had two private outside areas. The room was clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. The area has some steep walks, but that is the whole area.

Todo Super bien. La limpieza de la habitación, sábanas, toallas y baño fue siempre excelente. La habitación tiene una área de cocina pero el fregadero está afuera a unos pasos de la habitación, como hicimos cosas sencillas no hubo mayor inconveniente. La zona es segura, tienes el metro a unos minutos y eso es conveniente porque en Roma segura camina mucho. Volvería sin duda.
