DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is INFESTED with bed bugs. I started out in room 530, room seemed clean, the following day I woke up covered in bites. We started tearing apart the beds to find around 20 bed bugs! I took photos along with taking physical proof to the front desk on a tissue. They hid the tissue under the front desk, told me they would only refund me for one night, that there was no manager on site to speak to, and told me to come back the next day, and moved me to room 731. When we got to the room we checked it, and it seemed clean once again, as the cleaning crew had just cleaned it and changed the sheets. Following morning, I was covered in even more bites. I went to the lobby and requested to speak to the manager Sarah, who told me that “it wasn’t that bad” and that she “has been to really nice Hilton hotels that were way worse.” I proceeded to tell her that I wanted refunded for my entire trip, and she refused and told me that if i wanted to speak anymore that I could speak to their lawyers, so I had to contact Expedia to be able to get a refund and move to a different hotel downtown. I also filled out an incident report at the hotel of everything that occurred. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and 5 days after initially being bitten, I am still covered in around 30 bites. Please, DO NOT STAY HERE. I suggested they fumigate the hotel, and they laughed at me. They don’t think that it’s a real problem, as the manager stated, “it’s not that bad.”

Great
I like the amount parking spaces, the friendly staff and the proximity to downtown.

Great
This hotel is outside of downtown, but they have a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and makes it easy to get around without Uber fees. The breakfast is a hot continental breakfast, with biscuits and gravy, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, coffee, toast, orange juice, etc. It's not bad; just OK. Rooms are clean and comfortable, although you can tell they have received a bit of DIY maintenance from time to time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool, although plenty of people were using it. They do have live music events on at least weekend nights; not sure about other nights. It's a good place to stay if you don't want to spend $300+ for a downtown hotel room.

Fantastic
NO Bed bugs. Very nice staff. The pool area was fun. The breakfast was limited but tasty. The amenities all worked well, but super out dated. The handle to the toilet was falling off. The bed was super comfortable. The live music at the bar was an unexpected delight. The shuttle to downtown didn't bring us to where we wanted to go, but is a wicked cool addition to the hotel. Uber was $10 to get to Printer's Alley. The shower head had great pressure and would get more hot as it ran through out our showers. We will definitely stay here again.

Good
The staff provided excellent customer service as they were friendly, informative, and assisting at all times. We initially thought the shower was broke but we were incorrect. A staff member immediately came and resolved the issue. However, the bed comfort was okay; the huge refrigerator was on top of the table; the tub and shower were old; everything seemed out dated: the room was small to maneuver around for 2 people; and we had to share a microwave in the hall by the elevator; and floors need cleaning; and you could hear the ac unit, loud. Things need to be updated.

Save your money ahead of time to stay somewhere else. This place needs an overhaul. Old, TV didn't work, tub didn't drain and very outdated. Stayed because I needed something that was more in line with my budget. Next time I'll just pay the extra.

Breakfast needs to be upgraded..Food was lukewarm when new pans of things were brought out. The chopped fruit looked old. Eggs didn’t look appealing.. Juices in the machine tasted watered down..
