The hotel is very cost effective. Good location, adequate facilities, satisfying breakfast. The hotel does not have waiting area for cars. Also, you need to turn on the water heater high above the wall to have hot water. I had to call the maintenance to turn on the heater which was inconvenient. The staff were very nice.

Location is nice as it is located in front of SM Iloilo. Transport terminal is also located in the said mall. Can easily get taxi in front of the hotel. Room is spacious and with wide window. Room can accommodate up to three people. Breakfast is buffet with lots of choices. Staff are friendly.

AC in the room that we stayed in was not cool enough for us to use the comforter. Also, the showerhead is functional but I think it's already due for replacement. Overall, still a good experience.

The hotel is decent but I find that the rooms are a little bit cramped resulting to limited walking space especially if you have many luggage. The bathroom differs from room to room. Some will have partitions and some will have safety bars. The essentials are being replenished every day. The bed consists of one pillow only and requesting a pillow costs ₱80. The tv is just a regular cabled tv. The food in their cafe is decent. The breakfast buffet has a vast selection of food and changes menu every day. A mall in front, a convenient store downstairs, and a pharmacy near by is located near the hotel. Didn’t had the chance to check out the other facilities such as gym & pool. The staffs are friendly, accommodating & approachable.
