There was a bit of language barrier with the staff during check in and getting a ticket for parking. Other than that pretty good, had a view of the volcano from the hotel room.

This is a nice hotel located short walk from Izurodori tram stop where the No. 2 tram from Kagoshimachuo station will stop. The room was very spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful.
