This is the worst hotel with a motorway next to it and they are hoding the bus and coach station in the picture which is the back of the hotel not the front to scam customers into thinking its clean when infact its a hotel that is full of car fumes and exhausts from buses and coaches

A good hotel that is great for an overnight stay and is close to everything you need.

Solo stay

If you're looking for a cheap and not-so-cheerful hotel this would be a good bet. There was nothing special about the place, other than perhaps it being a time warp back to when it was built. The room was adequate, the TV was internet capable, but not connected to the internet. The staff interacted with no more than a "Can I have your ID?", "Here's your key." and "There's your breakfast buffet". Breakfast was overpriced on Expedia, it would have been 50% cheaper if bought at the hotel.

Great

Solo stay

Last time the staff were dreadful but the guy working Sunday evening was amazing. Friendly and was first time someone actually help me after 4 failed attempts with other staff. Computer system was down so did what he could and came back later to sort the rest. The room is no thrills but at least it’s good to know they have at least one good staff member

Room was very basic but get what you pay for. Ideal really only if you need plan to sleep here only and not really need it for anything else. Bath wasn’t very hot at all not even warm. Bed and bedding was comfy and clean. Staff were so unhelpful and received multiple conflicting information. Yeah was only in the room for a few hours after Silverstone each night and was adequate for what I needed but importantly better than my last stay at this hotel

Maria on the reception desk was really rude and unhelpful!! A girl that had only been at the hotel a couple of weeks was much better!! Breakfast was really good, well cooked not greasy and a good selection, Maria did let the other staff and the hotel down completely

For business

The entrance looked like a bomb had gone off with cracked flooring and broken tiles. The staff were quite short and snappy and they threw the key card at me . The lifts were old and one was broken. There was no signage to say which way to go except when you get out the lift. The room was small dirty and the mattress was very hard and lumpy with 2 small pillows. Apparently they had a power cut the night before so had a generator outside running all night. Then there was the noise coming from the room next to me sounding like.metal clanging ALL NIGHT . Didn't sleep.a wink between the metal clanging and the generator. The tap in the bathroom wouldnt turn off until you lean on it to push the washer into the tap.otherwise it would run all night. No air con and only 1 spare socket in the room. All the sockets were filthy and also around the skirting board. The mirror in the bathroom had what looked like blood all around the frame. I didn't even dare to touch the shower. The widow fame was filthy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
