Fantastic
A very charming and enjoyable hotel for our stay in New York. It's literally right off of Time's Square, which also means right on Broadway, the reason for our stay. It was in walking distance of all of the theatres and even other locations like the Museum of Modern Art. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all hours, no matter how early or late. I intend to stay here again on my next visit.

Clean room, comfortable beds, exceptional staff, great location, and the breakfast service / lounge is a lifesaver. Would recommend to anyone coming into NYC and would definitely stay here again.

The only place we stay in NYC. Central location and walking distance to all the theaters. Staff is AMAZING and property has a “Living Room” where coffee, water and snacks are available 24/7 as well as a place to just chill out and relax so you don’t have to sit in your room if you want to have some rest time. Love this hotel.

This is now my favorite hotel in New York City, particularly if I am going to see a show. The staff were courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast was just right. I love the attention to detail in the room in the bathroom. I’ve been to Morocco and this really feel like I was there experiencing the beautiful Moroccan hospitality, a major plus is that the hotel gives you a sticker that gets you a discount on parking which is literally steps from the front door. Another major plus was water and coffee available all day so when our feet got tired about midday from shopping, we went back to the hotel for water and a coffee, and we felt like we were sitting in our own living room. I will absolutely come back.

Staff was amazing, rooms were clean quaint 2nd floor sitting area and breakfast each morning. Rooms have window AC units which are not the most ideal but everything else was great including location
