Good
check in was not available until about 45 minutes after check-in time. Staff was nice, and room was clean. Excellent location if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the evening.

Great
The location was excellent. We found new locations for delicious dining that we never new about before. Local wine tasting at Scheid was so fun and tasty and just a short walk away. Property is very dated, but clean.

Good
Hotel was in a great location. Smelled propane gas in the morning but we had no fireplace. Thin floors, can hear people above a lot. Showed waffle makers in a pic but there were none.

Great location for exploring Carmel. Breakfast was maybe basic continental? So many great breakfast restaurants in the area so we skipped that.

Good
No bottled water in the room, the fire alarm kept going off from the steam in the shower. No air conditioning had to open windows all night so the alarm would not go off. The room was a little stuffy. Other than that the staff was accommodating and very friendly and helpful, the location great walking distance. No directions in elevator where front desk was? Our directions took us to the back parking lot and we couldn’t find the front desk for a bit since it’s 3 tiers. Clean and quiet
