Didnt like that i would have to go to the lobby to get coffee, a coffee machine in the room would be nice, i didnt like the trucks picking up the trash containers at 4 am, bathroom a little small but very nice and clean

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lenox Hotel. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Any requests or questions we had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude, which really enhanced our experience. The location is simply outstanding. It allowed us to fully enjoy the charm and atmosphere of Boston while being within walking distance of many of the city’s most iconic attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. We spent several days exploring the city without needing a car, and The Lenox served as the perfect home base. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of character. It offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort that made our stay feel special. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and honestly, there was not a single aspect of our stay that left us disappointed. If there were a swimming pool, I would consider this a perfect five-star hotel. Even without one, the overall experience exceeded many luxury five-star chain hotels we have stayed at over the years. The level of service, attention to detail, atmosphere, and location were truly exceptional. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Boston and highly recommend The Lenox Hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Boston experience.

This hotel was spectacular! We were greeted warmly upon arrival, from the staff waiting outside the front doors to those who checked us in at the front desk. They even offered my kids some cute welcome stuffed animals! Our room was ready early, and it was wonderful. The coffee bar in the morning was also excellent. And the location was perfect! Such a great experience for our family vacation!

The rooms were somewhat dated and beds need replacing. Otherwise all else was great, including location.

The location is great, very close to all the nice shops on Exeter street, just across from the Boston Public Library. The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. Be aware the hotel is an older property and they have chosen to maintain the same esthetic, so it has that old school hotel vibe. Bed was super comfortable, A/C was very cold, liked the pillow, had bathrobes, ironing board and iron for guest use. Big bathroom with a tub.

The staff at front desk was excellent very welcoming, especially early in the morning. The room was very clean thanks housekeeping staff. Great fitness center and warm cozy front lobby. location was great . Would definitely stay here again
