Fantastic The hotel is great but what really makes this hotel great is the staff from the managers to housekeeping they are all the best. Jalen, Lance and racheim are beyond any ESA or really any hotel period ive ever stayed at they are the absolute best and it need to be known thats what makes this hotel a great place to stay

Fantastic Anyone staying at this hotel needs to know the staff goes above and beyond any hotel I've ever stayed in. Iam a Hilton diamond member and I get better service from jaylon and Lance than I have any Hilton property I've ever stayed in.

got bed bugs- no hot water and many drug addicts who seem to live there full time. horrible - toilet also exploded and they gave me a dollar store plunger and said to fix it for them . nobody at front desk half the time and difficult to get clean towels. ZERO stars - stay away

Everything about this hotel was disgusting. The first room wasn’t even ready, we walked in and the room smelled like heavy smokers room, nothing was dusted or cleaned, the bed looked like someone slept in it and it wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom was a mess, dirty used towels in the tub and sink.
The second room wasn’t much better. We checked out immediately and went elsewhere.
