We stayed in a suite and the rooms were very spacious! The bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator was working well which I liked. Valet was quick to bring our car around. Staff was extremely friendly. The downtown location is in the middle of a walkable area with great restaurants and shopping. The beautiful Bass theater is only a couple of blocks away. And we were close to Sundance Square! The only issue we had was with our bill which I neglected to check before we left the hotel. There were 3 long distance phone calls at 18.72 each that were charged but when I managed to get through to the hotel directly they took care of it. Just check your bill! Otherwise a great stay!

Staff was rude. Room we booked was not available. Room was super hot complained didn’t do anything about it! Lied about breakfast being free! The valet was honestly the best part of the whole experience.
