convenient and nice area. near tram stations to get you to mtr. its actually walking distance also to mtr. lots of nearby restos and convenient stores. the room is excellent, clean with daily housekeeping. we had a very good sleep every night. soft bed and pillows

surprisingly good location nice atmosphere and nice staff but they dont make up your room cleanly and neatly either. i wont know why but dont they should have such a sop for that or simply lack of training?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Charterhouse Causeway Bay during our trip to Hong Kong. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk to Causeway Bay MTR station, Times Square, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Overall, it’s a great value for money, especially for travelers looking for a centrally located hotel with easy access to Hong Kong’s top attractions. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Standard family room fits 4 adults comfortably. Bed is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Everyday our room gets cleaned and toiletries like towels are replaced. Hotel location is good, Tram and bus stops are just few mins of walking from the hotel. There is 7/11 convenience store nearby and bakery stores as well for breakfast or late night snacks. Although there is no bidet, but they provide lots of tissue or just bring your own portable bidet.
