The staff are nice and helpful. Although their English is not fluent but they understand simple English and are nice to help. Check in after 00am is availble because they use kiosk to check in. The room is not spacious but if you will not stay at room all the time it is still ok. The hot water works well and water pressure is nice too. Only one pillow is provided for single room but you can request for one more. The wifi connection is a bit bad so please expect slow network speed.

The hotel is quite a walk from Osaka Station. There are lots of restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. We enjoyed doing our laundry while drinking free coffee in the lobby.

this is our third hotel during our stay in Osaka. this location is conveniently located and walking distance to Umeda so no need to ride more trains and consume less travel time. the cons is having bit outdated interior but complete amenities. they have limited free coffee and macha in Groundfloor. easy checkin and checkout.

Location is near train station but we had a hard time to find it. Hep Five and Umeda Sky Building is accessible within yhe the area.
