a few minutes walk from Osaka station. hearty breakfast menu with a wide selection of dishes. lots of convenience stores nearby. daily housekeeping. basic amenities provided. friendly and helpful staff.

A lovely hotel in a convenient location for most sites. Plenty of cafes, and restaurants nearby plus two underground stations. Only minor criticism is their strict 10am check out policy.

this hotel is very conveniently located. umeda and Osaka stations are accessible and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the underpass while walking back to the hotel. And one of the most important thing, there is a lift!!

Close to Osaka Station via Whity Umeda underground shopping. Staff was friendly. There is a public bath at the top floor. Cannot compare to the onsen tower but still spacious and relaxing. Hotel might not be kids-friendly since its location is close to a few love hotels
