Our room was recently renovated and it was beautiful! The property was under construction, but for our short stay, it didn't bother us at all. The vanity mirror is cute, but they could use better lighting in the bathroom.

Hôtel en rénovation, compréhensible, on nous avait donné une chambre au 3ième étage sans ascenseur. On a dû demander un service pour monter les bagages (bien entendu avec bon pourboire) . Au moment de se coucher on s'aperçoit qu’îl n’y avait pas de draps pour s’habriller...On a dû chercher pour enfin pour les trouver dans un tiroir de la commode??

Great
Hotel is currently being rebuilt and remodelled after devestating forest fire two years ago. Hotel room are brand new and in excellent condition. However, pool, fitness room, restaurant and lobby are still being built, so not available. Plenty of free parking. Downtown stores and restaurants are 10 minute walk from hotel. Hiking trails immediately behind hotel.

Great
The hotel was under renovation. There was only one elevator available, and it was far from our room, so we took the stairs every time. The hotel is a little far from the busy town area, and it doesn't have an on-site restaurant. Also the dining options nearby are limited. The hotel offered 10% discount for our stay because some amenities were still under construction.

Below average
Issue is when your room is close to the ongoing renovations. Some rooms are sold despite not being ready. Ours, didn't have an AC yet. Our friend's was facing the inner court, no windows and dusty from renos. New rooms are good, but how to sell spaces next to massive construction?
