Good
Hotel was pretty basic - rooms were a bit larger than expected - and a bit older. The area is very convenient to the train, but the neighborhood is a little dicey. The staff is very helpful. If you need to come in and out of town via train, this place works perfectly. Not much to do in the area but access to the basics - pharmacies, stores, pizza places, coffee.

A good hotel a block from Roma Termini. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the rooftop terrace. And, most importantly, the air conditioning worked perfectly during the 40C heat wave! The only drawback is the neighbourhood, which has some interesting characters. But the choice of restaurants makes up for it.

Very friendly staff, our room was ready when we checked in the morning after a cruise which was very nice. Short walk to the main entrance of the train station, so very convenient for those taking the train to/from Rome.

Nice rooms if you are not on the first floor overlooking garbage bins and laundry bags. We booked well in advance and were given a very undesirable room location. The garbage bins below smelled awful.

It wasn’t my best experience. The bathroom wasn’t suitable. Breakfast was fresh but not a lot on offer. I wasn’t made to feel welcome on arrival so that tarnished my stay. Unfortunately after many years of staying at this hotel I doubt I’ll ever return

We arrived earlier than expected. Upon arrival the desk service immediately told us our room wasn't available. We went to the bathroom to freshen up. While in the lobby another family arrived and their room was available to check in. We went and got breakfast then returned after eating our meal. We sat in the lobby waiting for our room. Another family arrived and their room was ready for check in. So I asked if our room was ready by chance the clerk replied that check in isn't until 2pm it states it on the site. I replied to him that the other 2 families were able to check in how come we couldn't. He replied thatvtheirbroom were ready. So we sat in the lobby. Then I about two hours later I believe his manager came and noticed us sitting in the lobby so he ask the clerk about us and he told him that we were waiting for our room the manger said something to him in Italian and miraculously our room was ready. Go figure.😡
