The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, a variety of different items to choose from. The casino was right down the road not to far. The parking lot was really lit up at night.{ which was a plus for myself}. I had a very nice stay, and found nothing this time, that I disliked.

Room was pretty dirty and smelled bad, staff was friendly and breakfast was great! Did not have blackout curtains in our room and the refrigerator didn’t work! Casino is only a 5 minute drive and theme parks about 15 minutes!

The air conditioning was super loud going on and off, we could hear people talking from other rooms, the tv was removed from the parlor, the light in the ceiling above the bed would not go off and we found broken pieces of plastic (also no soap) in shower. I’ve stayed here many times and this is by far my worst experience.

Served its purpose. We were in town for a concert and this was close to the venue. Could not get the WiFi to connect on any device, but other than that the stay was good. The breakfast provided was decent and had a good variety of options. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Nice clean hotel. Room had everything you would need to stay for a week. Huge shower. Nice warm pool. Great front desk clerk. Price was great too. And so close to the Hard Rock!

Three issues: 1) Housekeeping is very inconsistent. They only showed up once during a 4 day stay. There was no floor mat for the bathroom when I checked in, and when housekeeping came 2 days later, they put in a floor mat but left only half the number of hand, body, and face towels that there were on the first day. 2) The mini-fridge in the room was not working. I left a pizza in there after dinner one night and realized the fridge problem only after the pizza tasted off the next day. 3) I woke up to termite swarms all over my bathroom (in the toilet, on the floor, in the bathtub) one day after it had rained the night before. Apparently this is a Florida thing but it was very gross and weird that they were either nesting in the property or found their way in so easily through vents. I had a tiring work trip and was spending little time in the hotel so didn’t have the energy to complain or time to find another hotel, but will not stay here again. Staff is very polite, which was the only plus.
