the place is very clean, staffs are available 24/7, polite and neat.. they have lawson in the building that's also open 24/7 which caters to our simplest needs even in uncomely hours. it is near the terminal stations but most of all, the community is safe and very quiet despite the bars along dian st..we werent afraid to walk even at night, the glass door and the balcony is also pleasing..
