Attention a cette annonce scam. Il y a une annonce pour plusieurs appartements, et bien sur ce que vous réservez est a la fin de 500 photos pas les belles photos en premier. Je me suis retrouvé dans un appartement vaguement rénové dans un immeuble délabré au troisième etage sans lumière et un escalier en bois pourri on a peur qu'il casse. Bien sur vous avez droit au bruit ses voisins, les cafards et le voisin qui fume dans le couloir donc ca rentre dans la chambre. Le lit est aussi dur que le sol et n'espérez pas trouver votre chemin si vous parlez pas Chinois.

Apartment space is good, but beds are to hard like concrete. Airconditioning hard to turn on or don’t work. Dust on the ventilations. Mold in the bathrooms. Window blinds are broken. Floor was clean, but only the visible dirt underneath the beds. Dishwasher lose underneath the kitchen falls out when opened. Just 1 elevator working for 33 floor long waiting times.

两个卧室四张床，够睡6个人。有厨房可以做饭。位置和EXPEDIA上标的有差距，走到人民广场需要7分钟左右，但性价比很高。

幼児連れで２部屋ほしいため民泊風のこちらに１週間滞在しました。寝室２部屋、キッチンエリアが扉で分かれていたので子供が寝ている間も物音を気にしないでよく助かりました。ここは〜〜村という居住区の一角で、夜10時頃まで隣のテレビの音が聞こえたり朝には多少生活音がしたりします。地元民になったような気分を味わえます。虫や蚊などいるかと思ったのですが全然出ず、とても清潔で良かったです。立地は人民公園へ徒歩数分の好立地で、豫園、バンド、田子坊も歩いて行ける範囲でした。居住区の出口のすぐ目の前に日用品店、八百屋、飲食店があり利便性は高いです。また南の方へ徒歩３〜４分行くと飲食店が５〜６店舗並んでいるところがあり、そのうちの菜飯骨頭煲という店の手撕排骨というホロホロの骨付きバラ肉がとても美味しくてオススメです。事前にWeChatグループに招待されデポジットを決済する必要があることに注意です（デポジット必要の旨と金額はExpedia上に書いてあります）。Wifiが繋がらなかったのでこのチャットで問い合わせたところ技術者を派遣してもらって対応してもらえました。チャットへの反応は丁寧で早かったです。ホテルではできない経験をしたいならオススメです。
