Location is very accessible to all attractions in Daraga, Legazpi and Camalig and others. We got the best view of Mayon Volcano from our room. Plenty of parking space since we rented a car for our DIY trips. Pool was huge, they have shower and towel for guests who will swim plus music so you don't feel bored and bar counter if you want to order food or drinks. Breakfast can make your tummy full, so many selection of food, drinks and dessert. Problem was the lighting in the toilet got busted. We only had two outlets in the bedside. Then, after you take shower the water is pooling since there's no proper partition on the toilet. Hope they put a shower door. There were times we experienced poor wifi connection. Overall experience was good. Worth the money. Staff were friendly and also Brownie :) Thank you for taking care of us during the whole duration of our stay.

This hotel is a great place to stay whenever you'd visit Bicol. The place is easy to access, there is a conveniece store nearby 24/7. The staff were accommodating. The management could work on the aircondition and ventilation in the reception area.

Great location. Nearby convenience store. Only 1 elevator is working. Breakfast spread was great. They provide drinking water everyday. Luggage storage is available. Mayon is visible from property.

Their website is not updated. Based on website we can do early check in with additional fee but when we arrived at the hotel it is per hour. The receiption is not so polite when we inquire the rates. We proceed on early check in, and they give us the room which is not yet clean, and we call them and waiting for more than 10mins and decide to transfer our room and night card keys are not working and we keep on going down and up, going to reception going back to our floor and they didnt even bother to assist us. Until one housekeeper show us outside our room and try to open the door and not working, their first option is to transfer us again, but we decline since all our stuff is in that room, even key are not working so we try to tap the card in other room and try to our door again and it work.

originally we were at room 303 but the AC was not functioning properly, then we were transferred at room 306, sad thing was nobody dares to help us transfer our stuffs (well maybe I didn't ask too) but its kindaaa u know common sense. having a toddler and a kid on a trip thats why we have many stuffs...
