I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and overall everything felt comfortable.I booked this hotel and unfortunately wasn’t able to make any changes to my reservation since it was non‑refundable. Just something to be aware of when booking. The property itself was fine, but the flexibility was limited.

located not far away from jokulsarlon and diamond beach. staff are super friendly and food at the restaurant was amazing. superb offering at the breakfast and good dinner deal. saw our first northern light at the hot tub area. unfortunately was assigned to the ground floor i.e. the basement and do not have much privacy or view. overall stay was above satisfactory.
