It was a good stay for my family of 3. The only thing is the fixtures on the bathroom as their shower head broke and the handle too while we were there. It was a hassle to ask for replacement but the staff were nice.

Cleanliness: The AC could use a bit more attention as some dust was visible underneath. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. The location is very convenient, the staff were consistently amazing and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection. The room was comfortable and well-maintained overall, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I would gladly return and recommend Watergate Hotel Butuan to others.
