We recently stayed at La Mansion Tagaytay and had a generally good experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy with a relaxing vibe. Bed is comfortable and the view adds to the stay. The only downside is the CR — it has a different smell that was a bit off-putting. Hope they can improve the ventilation or cleaning there. Food servings are generous and tasty. Breakfast and dinner options were flavorful, and staff were attentive in serving. Prices are reasonable for the quality and location. Overall, La Mansion is a nice place for a Tagaytay getaway. Great room and food, just needs a little fix on the bathroom smell. Would still recommend for a relaxing weekend.

hotel location: Great location for those who want to explore Tagaytay day & night. Walking distance to restos, cafes and pasalubong centers. Great taal lake view as well! cleanliness/room: Needs a touch of improvement in regards to linen. they smell a bit of *kulob/hindi naarawan*. Not sure if its only on the linen or the entire room. Television also needs to be upgraded to latest, as well as the wi-fi. service: accomodating & approachable staff/manager. thank you for your service! and also I went ecstatic knowing that they also accept card payments! hehehe. we’ll definitely consider coming back. breakfast: excellent! masarap! 10/10 unlimited coffee

The staff was great and accommodating! Smooth transaction no headache at all. Great view while enjoying free breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and even celebrated my New Year of 2026 here. the staffs were really nice and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. Room is clean and I even have a romantic view of taal lake from my balcony. very accessible location so even if you don’t have a car, it’s not gonna be an issue since this is not that far from the hughway. lots of Bulalo restaurants are just walking distance. 1 jeepney ride to twin lakes, 1 jeep away from Sky Ranch, and 1 Jeep away from waltermart and Ayala mall. it’s been a really pleasant and peaceful stay. Highly Recommended. 🫶🩷

we did not continue our booking because there was the threat of typhoon and the roads were not safe to travel by. our room was not refunded but this was more because of Klook's service. I called the hotel, their number in Klook is not accurate. I Googled it. they were accommodating, sayang kasi Klook did not process the cancellation earlier. we still wanna try booking this hotel next time coz the staff seemed very accommodating over the phone.
