员工的服务态度非常好。就是我们预定的标准双床房间不太行。浴室里面没有可以挂毛巾挂钩或是横杆。加上淋浴间的玻璃门底部有漏水的问题，每次洗完澡浴室地面都是水，很麻烦。房间有WI-FI，信号挺强的，很满意。

The hotel is well located, right at the hart of historical Dali. The building has a nice design, with contemporary Chinese architecture. However, the rooms were not very functional. Overall, I had a positive experience although I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

l’Hotel Wenshuo est magnifique, en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Dali, tout en étant à l’écart du bruit des rues commerçantes. L’Hotel est une maison de l’ethnie Bai entièrement rénovée. Le personnel est au petit soin. Bravo.

Great Lovely hotel with lots of character and conveniently located in the Old Town. However, hotel parking was challenging as it is located 600m from the property.
