Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city.

First and foremost the AF Suites property is situated in a fabulous location. I doubt whether there is another hotel or rental accommodation space in Milan which is better positioned. We had the Visconti Suite with its incredible direct views of the Duomo. With 80 square metres of pure unadulterated luxury, it was fantastic. Despite his relatively young years, Kevin (The Head of Concierge) is a consummate professional always immaculately coiffured, with a genuine smile and a very friendly manner. In Kevin’s absence, he is ably assisted by his colleague Pierre. The breakfasts were excellent, brought to your room each morning, to order, by a lovely lady whose name I can’t remember but I think might be Joan. In all my fifty years of travelling abroad, I can confidently say that this is undoubtedly the best accommodation I have ever experienced. Thank you Elena Maria Piatti Ferrari for your sophisticated taste in design and Antonio Ferrari for your decision to invest in luxury tourism. I hope that AF Suites continues to go from strength to strength and that you fulfil your ambitions to finalise the project next year. I would love to return to see it.

Excellent Service from the curb to check out. Room was very nice with everything I could need. Breakfast being served to us in our room was also a nice touch. Staff was incredibly warm and helpful.

I would call the AF Duomo a boutique hotel...the property is still being developed, but the suites are wonderful (especially those facing the Duomo). I think at the moment there are only 8-9 rooms and no common areas, but based on the plans they shared, this hotel will be absolutely incredible in a year or so (it's quite wonderful now too). The location, across from the Duomo and right in the center of the plaza, has to be the best location in all of Milano. Complimentary breakfast delivered to our room is a great touch, and everything is high-end. Thank you for everything Kevin!

Kevin is the man !!!!! Best new hotel it will be 5 stars from me and there rooms are huge I stayed in the king biggest room it was a full house 300 meters view of duomo cathedral I can’t wait to come back !!!!

Really loved this property. Made me feel Like a queen. Thank you to Pierre, Kevin and the wonderful ladies. I will be back❤️
