The place is accessible and their staff are friendly. I encountered a slight emergency and even though it's out of their service, they still accommodated my request for help. Im happy with their service. If you are looking for a budget friendly place around the metro, this is a place to stay indeed! Close to the airport too, maybe a 5 minute drive.
