We've stayed here twice at two different branches, and both experiences have been great. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff at each location were friendly, accommodating, and professional. It's nice to see the same level of quality and service across different branches. We really enjoyed both stays and would gladly book again in the future. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible to various establishments. It is just one ride away from the train station and walking distance to Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

need to improve wifi and water pressure o. higher floor

i extended my stay and no regrets. staff were just 1 text away. the queen deluxe is enough for two. wish they had a couch hehe but its okay. the stools were hard to sit on for a long time. the bed was comfy and sheets were clean. the wifi is good naman enough for emails, streaming etc. tv had youtube and its enough since we didn't watch naman. hot water was not hot enough but its enough to clean yourself from dirt. mabango yung body wash nila. towels were clean too. there. is a daily housekeeping which I liked. building was safe since you need a keycard to access the floors. It was easy to book Grab/Angkas since its along Kalayaan. out of all the location I've been in, South and North, I liked West branch. cons? limited. parking. like 1 car lang ata. next time I will book East naman.

This is my first time staying at the west location. I have previously stayed at both the north and south locations. This is my third booking for their third location, and I must say I prefer this one. The queen deluxe room is much nicer. The elevator also works, although it was a bit confusing initially. Parking for cars is quite limited compared to the south and north locations; this one is very tight. The staff are satisfactory, the amenities are satisfactory, and the free water is is such a nice amenity. Housekeeping is also satisfactory. Wifi is enough throughout my stay. Overall, everything is fine. Will probably stay another time.

Stayed here for NYE at the 5th. The hotel isn’t the closest to BGC and is about a 30-min walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the bathroom was quite small, making it hard to move around, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain.

Overall my stay in this hotel has been a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient and the room I got was comfortable to stay in. Hopefully the restroom was bigger but nonetheless, all facilities were working as expected. Very good for short-term stays.

Overall experience was great. Will rebook again next time!
