Le stationnement n'est pas inclus comme indiqué sur le site de recherche Expédia. S'on décide de l'avoir il faut payer un montant de plus qui est presque la moitié de la réservation d'une nuit. En plus, il en faut faire vite, car il est risqué de perdre la place. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais manque beaucoup des éléments (fromage ou une autre charcuterie) , le café était si faible qu'une tisane. Entre autres, je suis un peu déçue. Pour finir, ils offrent dans deux différentes pages des hôtels différents, avec des prix différents (L'empire et Le Luxeur), mais à la fin est le même hôtel, avec deux différentes publicités 😳.

Solo stay

This is an inexpensive hotel near the Village. It really exceeded expectations for price. Breakfast is included. My room was clean. I did overlook a homeless encampment from my room. Staff friendly.

The hotel's location is fantastic if you're planning to explore downtown Montreal on foot—we loved being able to walk everywhere. The only downside was the limited parking. If you're driving, I would recommend checking in earlier in the day to improve your chances of getting a spot on the property. The rooms don't offer wow views, but if you're like us and mainly use the room to rest and recharge after a busy day of sightseeing, it's perfectly fine. One unexpected highlight was the small square right next to the hotel. We stumbled upon live Latin music, people dancing, and a great atmosphere that made for a fun and memorable end to the day. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider booking this hotel again on our next trip to Montreal.

I booked this hotel because I got my F1 ticket very late and there were not many options available. The room was OK, but it definitely needs updates: the TV is very small and does not offer Netflix or YouTube connection, there are not enough power outlets, there is no fan in the bathroom. Room service is only provided if you notify the front desk. I understand that some other hotels follow the same practice, but they usually leave a clear sign in the bathroom or on the desk explaining it, whereas this hotel did not. One of the front desk staff was not very friendly to guests who do not speak French. The breakfast was OK, but there was no meat at all, and guests had to bend down to place dirty forks and knives into a small bucket next to the trash can, which was not very customer-friendly. They also have very limited parking. I would not stay there again.

Parking payant , 50$ la nuit c’est très cher , ménage dans la chambre correcte sans plus , chambre désuet, déjeuner continentale ridicule pour le prix payé . Lit confortable. Aurait besoin d’amour et de ménage . Over Price . Bon emplacement
