Fantastic
open space parking, hotel is clean and tidy. love the man-made onsen. Feel the zen and peace there. We will come back again, hope by then the outdoor onsen is done and ready to use :)

Everything at this hotel is awesome! The only issue at full capacity of this hotel is no clear directions on overflow parking and non monitoring of the Handicap stalls. A big SUV double parked in back of me and didn’t leave a whole lot of space to back up from the handicap stall I was in. 2 cars parked in the handicap stalls had no placard or special license plates. Other than that, I highly recommend this quiet, beautiful and comfortable hotel. The restaurant is good too!

Fantastic
Unique property. Japanese infused amenities and decor. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large bathtub in the shower room and the overhead rain shower head was amazing. The onsen was something I had never experienced before and was interesting.

States on the web site there is a hot springs which in reality it is just a men’s and women’s baths. To me when I see hot springs u think u would be able to sit n relax with ur spouse. Definitely not the case very disappointed

Very zen like atmosphere in the lobby. The bathroom are large with soaking tub and separate shower. Quiet location and very helpful staff.

10 out of 10 highly recommend! I can’t wait to go back! I book hotels often and was looking for something not too pricey but still nice enough for my son and I for 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. It is about lovely! The room was so nice and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom amenities were top notch and the Japanese soaking tub really topped it off. The hotel is new and the outside soaking tubs were still under construction but that wasn’t a problem for us. The price was right, it’s right off the freeway and close to Fred Meyer. I posted a video on my TikTok if you want to see a room tour along with amenities. We did get a chance to dine in the restaurant but we will next time.
