When you arrive there may or may not be an actually human attendant there. You check in via a QR code. You will need to submit a picture of your passport so either just take one right there on the spot or have one saved in you phone photo library. Location is quiet. One subway stop from Ueno station and Ueno park. Subway station is literally around the corner. There are two 7-11’s within 500 feet. There is also a Family Mart. Hotel is next to the Satake covered vendor region. had good wood fired pizza at Soubee.

Overall experience is good. Except the 10AM hotel check-out time was too early for us.. we have to pay an additional ¥8,000.00 for the 12noon late check-out.

v cozy apartment, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer, good for long holidays where you can easily use the washing machine and dryer for your dirty clothes. In the tatami area, there are two futons beds with sheets, blankets and pillows in the drawer under the sofa. sofa is good as a bed, spacious and wide for an adult to sleep in. Just 5 mins or less to nearest JR, v convenient with family mart and a nice Japanese pizza shop nearby. there are also some small restaurants selling good food. there is Sukiya and a big pharmacy nearby too. it’s is within walking distance about 15mins to ameyoko shopping. check in is easy as long as you have the PIN code which you can asked the receptionist to find out and provide.
