loved the location. a perfectly fine hotel. the rooms were a decent size for Tokyo. the most unique and wonderful part of the hotel was the Japanese flutist (and chopstick holder!!), Gyousui. Don’t miss out on the free show of history, sake and lots of laughs

The staff is great, friendly and tried their best to help us . The facilities is just 3 stars cause the laundry service could be improved, Just 2 washing machines and 2 dryer for whole hotel is nothing, even the price is cheap . we would like to pay more for better service

Beautiful Hotel in Ueno. Staff were very friendly. I like the large rooms. The breakfast buffet on the 14th floor is excellent and has an amazing view. You can even make your own Ramen there.

The location was really convenient to me. very near to train stations. walking distance to Ueno. Hotel is clean. only the bed is quite hard for me. otherwise, all were good.

Rooms were quiet, which was nice. Super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location with Ueno and Akihabara in easy walking distance and the station close by. Only downside is I thought there was a full size bath, which is wasn’t. Would definitely stay again for sure.
