Love the location of the hotel. Walking distance to Shirakawa Canal and Gion district. Many small cute stores and cafe along Gion district. There is Family Mart beside the hotel, very convenient if needs anything. The hotel itself is very spacious with mini kitchen and dining area. The room is clean with comfy two double size beds and three futons.

extended our stay for an extra night last minute, it would have been nice to stay in our room so we didn’t have to pack up and do check in and check out again. but it’s fine.
