整體呢間酒店唔錯乾淨，但係我要求高層房佢只俾我4樓低層，我係一早book咗我問佢點解佢話冇貨，我唔接受呢個解釋，其次就係佢哋有啲嘢好古怪，例如佢有宵夜，但開始宵夜嘅時候好多燈都冇開黑鼆鼆個感覺好唔舒服又唔好意思叫佢開燈因為呢啲唔需要別人提醒佢，佢哋應該識處理，第二所謂嘅宵夜只係得唔熱嘅綠豆沙同泡湯粉麵，講起泡湯粉麵仲激興我叫一碗餃子湯麵，點知個員工話唔可以咁樣叫佢做唔切，一係餃子一係整湯麵，佢真係好搞笑，跟住又唔准呢樣又唔准嗰樣又唔准催佢，佢話佢做唔切我個心諗你做唔切你就返屋企啦好似要我哋啲客人俾佢控制住咁樣個心真係好唔爽，整體員工嘅服務態度係好好嘅，但係有啲處理方式就真係有問題希望佢哋好好檢討吓也許應該攞到一百分
