Great stay! We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our bags behind. We also enjoyed use of the complimentary bikes to enjoy Lover's Cove! Staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed a great lunch at The Naught Fox downstairs

The location, peacefulness and ambiance of this hotel cannot be emphasized enough- truly outstanding and so glad we stayed here. The peaceful serenity and spaciousness of the top floor patio was mind-blowing. Everyone else was out too busy with activities to enjoy it but we grabbed a couple pizzas from Antonio's around the corner, they included paper plates and enjoyed outdoor dining without all the chatter and congestion of the nearby eateries. I only took off a star as we had paid for 2 king rooms with patio views and only got one, the other had a view of just the corridor wall. We checked in at 3:30 so it's not like everyone else could have grabbed them all. The desk also told us we were on the 2nd floor but we were on the 4th, and told us we had rooms across from each other 408 & 409. Turns out there was already someone in 409, that was embarrassing when we tried the key, and we were actually in 407 & 408 which are adjacent, not across from each other- 407 is inside a corridor. I don't think English was her primary language as she struggled, but everyone else was extremely nice and we would definitely stay here again despite not getting the room we paid for.

This was a pretty basic hotel. We could tell it was an older building that was redone to feel more current and modern but over all, it fell short for us. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The benefit was having a bar and food on the premises.

Clean rooms and modernized hotel. A little bit lack of privacy and noise cancelation in the rooms.
