Tiny hotel but comfortable stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location. even had coin-laundry at reception. Definitely good value for money.

This hotel was so fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful— even though we know a very limited amount of Japanese— and the room was quite spacious and clean. This hotel was also located in an amazing quieter spot just outside the busy Gion district. Many exciting attractions were well within walking distance, and we appreciated the less crowded atmosphere here.

this was in a fabulous location, but felt like it was off the beaten path. only a 20 minute walk to yasaka shrine, and maybe 30-40 minute walk to the main shopping area. clean and had everything we needed!
