Quite difficult to spot the parking until past the point on a one way street, you have to visit the reception first to get the fob to open the gates so be careful not to drive past, signage could be bolder. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The apartments were very well equipped and clean, the walls could do with a picture or two to cheer them up though. Beds and pillows were really comfortable making for a good nights sleep. Perhaps some outdoor space would have been nicer.

PROS LOCATION - we were at a two day conference at the EICC and it was a perfect location, and easy to walk to the Old Town Also. BED - The most comfortable bed, slept really well, great bedding also. SHOWER - Easy to change temperature and it was easy to use and a good size SOFA/CHAIRS - very comfortable BALCONY - Was nice to be able to look out across the many Chimneys CONS CHECK-IN - The position of the apartment was not clear and we had to go back to reception and ask. The Receptionist walked down with us, it would of been better to explain as we would of dropped out luggage off and then parked up the car. After a five hour drive this was disappointing. HEIGHT OF KITCHEN UNITS - I am not exactly small at 5'5, however the height of the top shelf of the units made it difficult for me to get things, I therefore left those I used on the top of hob to avoid an accident from happening. Over all a nice stay, the apartment was smaller than I expected but it didn't stop us enjoying Edinburgh. We would use again for the convenience of location.

Great size property and very clean and spacious. Excellent reception staff and great location. ( Just a suggestion - Could probably benefit with a full length mirror as the only mirror is in the bathroom and quite high for smaller people) Our apartment was close to the road, and could hear people chatting going by . Not a busy thoroughfare and would definitely go back

Great location, not right in the main tourist areas (about a 20-25 minute walk to the castle/Royal Mile). But, we enjoyed it because it was not located right in the main city center and we enjoy the walking. Great pubs in the area and local restaurants as well. Very quiet area. I was able to request a high floor away from road noise and they were able to comply. The kitchen, with the washing machine, was very helpful and allowed us to pack lightly and do laundry every couple of days. I do not recommend using the dryer, use the drying rack they provide instead. It was amazing to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family, as well as the common area with the living room, kitchen, and small dining table. We would definitely stay here again.

La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Bien localisée aussi. La première jeune fille qui nous a accueille était très aimable par contre, une deuxième jeune fille a pris la relève par la suite et était un peu moins amicale. On avait l'impression de déranger.

Great stay in a clean and quiet room. Kitchen came in handy when we didn't want to eat out. Laundry facilities in our own room. Staff were friendly and helpful. No air conditioning so beware if it's hot. Close to a small grocery store, some restaurants, and public transit.

We had a apartment with a living room/kitchen/dining area and seperate bedroom. The apartment was in another building about 450 ft from the check-in office. The corner apartment was on the 2nd floor. A very busy highway sat below the living room. During the day the traffic noise was quite loud. The bedroom was behind the living room and at night shutting the door between the two rooms greatly reduced the noise level, which itself was reduced during the nightime hours. This 400 SQ ft apartment was about as expensive as a 200 SQ ft "hotel bedroom" closer to the center of town. There were many dining opportunities within easy walking distance. Haymarket Station is about 1000 ft away and we used it to come from and return to the airport. For all our in-town sightseeing we walked from our apartment to all the sites. Furthest away was Holyroodhouse about a 35 minute walk. This location easily met our needs and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we ever travel back that way.
