Parking: Free Parking on site (Assign parking) 5. Check in Time : 3pm - 8pm 6. Check out Time : Latest 11:00am, any late check-out subject to extra charges 7. Operation Hour : 9am – 8pm Check In procedure: 1. We will message you through WhatsApp to confirm the arrival time and provide you with the QR code to register at the security. 2. Also, you can call us using the number provide +60193361989 (9AM to 8PM) 3. The meeting point will be at the reception counter on the level 3 parking floor (If you are using e-hailing vehicles, please inform the driver to straightaway drop off at level 3). 4. We will personally meet and greet you at the meeting point to pass the access cards, room key, and parking lot number. 5. RM200 deposit will be collected upon check-in (CASH ONLY) Guest will not be given access without paying the deposit first. Check Out Procedure: 1. check out will be at 11 am 2. we will call you for confirmation of checkout 3. do call us or inform us in advance if you need to check out before 9 am so we can arrange it accordingly. 4. we will meet at the reception counter for checkout 5. Cards must be passed personally back to us and CAN’T be passed to security or concierge counter personnel. 6. kindly spare us 10 mins to check the room before check out.
