Amazing city view. Balcony and bathroom were great. Couldn’t get the TV on but messaged the host on Expedia and they had someone sent right up to fix it. Private owner so hosting doesn’t come daily, but I usually don’t kings then to any way. If you need anything extra, it’s à la carte but luckily there was plenty of towels and linens in the room. Free valet. Friendly staff. No complaints.

Staff was courteous, but because I booked through Hotels.com they charge for any extra room amenities, I guess this included the phone to call down to the front desk to ask for assitance when the toilet would not flush.

I COULDNT ENJOY THE FULL EXPERIENCE AFTER NOTICING THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE ROOF ABOVE THE HOT TUB SO THAT COULDNT BE USED. THE BASE BOARD WAS COMING APART AND ESPECIALLY EXPERIENCING ANOTHER GUEST DEATH FALLING FROM THE BALCONY. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD STAY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY IT WAS DEVASTATING SEEING ALL THIS WE JUST WANTED TO GET HOME. 2/10 IN MY OPINION
