Fantastic

Everything was excellent, but it would be better if there is a water dispenser on each floor or inside the room. The complimentary water given were not enough for drinking.

Fantastic

The hotel is just adjacent to Minatomirai station, and around 15 minutes walk to JR Sakurakicho station. The hotel is clean and my room type is equipped with washing machine and microwave which are really cool.

Great

Deluxe Triple Room · 2 Adult(s), 2 child(ren) · 2 Nights

The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very pleasant atmosphere. However, we were quite disappointed with the swimming pool policy. The opening hours are already quite inconvenient, but what surprised us the most was that children are not allowed to use the pool, even when accompanied and supervised by an adult. We also found the 140 cm minimum height requirement very difficult to understand, as it excludes many children who are perfectly capable of swimming under adult supervision. For a hotel welcoming families, we found this policy extremely disappointing and unnecessarily restrictive. It definitely affected our overall experience.
