This place was perfect. We got in super late to our check in (basically in the middle of the night) and the staff was very understanding, even being so kind as to offer to refill our water bottles as we checked in. When we got to the room, it was clean, and quiet. The bathroom was perfect after a long day of travel, clean and with great water pressure in the shower and sink. In the morning, breakfast service was outstanding and the staff were again kind and helpful. Great place to stay, incredibly kind people, and definitely worth your money to stay here.

We were greeted by a smiling receptionist who couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was lovely and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good we were served in the lounge area because we had the dog and that was very pleasant . All in all an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very dated but it was a comfortable stay over all. Staff were pleasant and helpful

We stayed for 5 nights whilst travelling around the area. We were met with a lovely friendly face of Ria who checked us in & gave us information regarding breakfast & dinner times etc. there’s a lovely lounge area with fabulous views over Loch Lihnne, also a bar, Scott the barman was also so friendly. It was nice to have a chat with him. In addition to the restaurant, you can have bar food. We ate a couple of times in the evening and the food was absolutely delicious! Very generous portions too. The breakfast was fabulous and the young ladies working in the restaurant were all so friendly & cheerful. There was entertainment on two evenings whilst we were there but only caught it the one time. The young lady was a beautiful singer! Everywhere was immaculately clean; dogs are welcome in the hotel but there wasn’t any “doggy” smell or anything. We paid for a loch view room (so glad that we did, the sunsets were incredible) the beds were so comfy!! A choice of 1 or 2 pillows. Coffee, tea & pots of milk were supplied which was smashing after a day of walking. The shower was great and although the bedroom was quite small, it suited us perfectly! I would most definitely stay here again when we next come up to Scotland, our stay was perfect. Made even more so by the cheerful helpful staff of Ria, Amy, Scott and the young ladies in the restaurant. Thank you, see you all again in the not so far future!

Very friendly and attentive staff, good food, clean, comfortable, warm. It's a wee bit of a trek into Fort William. Been before and be there again.

A bit dated but it’s reflected in the price I guess. Could use a bit of tlc the rooms for sure.
