Excellent stay. Rooms are exceptionally nice with a good layout. The staff spoke English well, Tuji was very helpful. The location is a close walk to a lot of tour meeting spots, so it was easy making plans around the stay.

We had a great stay at the Tokyu Mercure Stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the nicest touches was the surprise birthday treat they left in the room for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay feel extra special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall we really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely stay again!

This hotel had the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and having a washing machine was such a bonus mid-trip. Located right near Dotonbori and all the best food spots, I couldn’t have picked a better base for Osaka. Highly recommend!

It is a great choice with a fantastic location and a convenience store right in front of the hotel. The in-room washing machine is perfect for long-stay travelers. The only downside is the lighting, which could be brighter.
