Beautiful property! Walking distance to Vatican City and a short taxi ride into Rome’s city center. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room was clean and so comfortable and Stefania was a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend this property! The check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to navigate. Thanks for a memorable visit!

The guesthouse is located within walking distance of Vatican. Homely streets with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The landlords made it a wonderful experience for us by helping arrange a smooth check-in, recommending local resources, and maintaining prompt contact throughout our stay. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We never saw any staff including at check-in/check-out. Room was small but clean. A.C. worked minimally but was adequate for the moderate May temperatures. Great location and we could walk to everything. Needed three codes to get into the general building, our building and then our room which was a bit of a hassle at times.

I was able to check in early upon arrival. Location was very clean, secure and quiet, which was a huge plus. I traveled alone as this was my first visit to Rome. Very convenient to shops, cafes and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. Valeria was an excellent hostess as she was very friendly with many suggestions for cafes and restaurants. Yes, I would certainly stay at this location again “when in Rome”.
